Policy 

Booking Requirements

• All services are by appointment only — no walk-ins.

• A valid card on file is required to book any appointment.

• Guests must be 12 years or older to receive services.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment.

• Same-day cancellations will result in a $50 fee, charged to the card on file.

• No-call / no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may need to reschedule and be charged a cancellation fee.

Payment Info

• Card on File: A valid card must be on file to book and confirm any appointment.

• Accepted payment methods: Card, Zelle, Apple Pay or Exact Cash

• All sales are final — no refunds on services or retail products.

Studio Etiquette

• Please do not bring extra guests or children unless they are being serviced.

• Arrive with detangled, product-free hair, unless instructed otherwise.

• Pink Sugar Curl Studio is a calm, respectful environment — thank you for helping us keep it that way.

Media & Marketing

We love to feature our beautiful clients! Photos/videos may be taken during your service for promotional purposes. If you'd prefer not to be photographed, please let us know at the start of your appointment.
