What are the parking options?

Here’s how to park stress-free near the studio:

Parking Garage Rates (closest + covered):

  • 1 hour – $2

  • 1–3 hours – $6

  • 3–12 hours – $7

  • 12–24 hours – $9

Metered Street Parking:

  • Download the ParkMobile app or pay at a nearby paybox.

  • Be sure to check street signs for time limits or restrictions.

  • Sundays is Free parking!

*Free Parking*:

  • Available along 62nd Street or any nearby residential streets

  • Please avoid blocking driveways and respect neighborhood signage.

Arrive 10–15 minutes early to find parking and settle in without feeling rushed.

How do I book an appointment?

Click the “Book Now” button on our website to view available services and secure your spot. A non-refundable depositand a valid card on file are required to reserve all appointments.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Same-day cancellations: $50 fee

  • No-call / no-show: 100% of your scheduled service will be charged

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before your appointment

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you service children?

All clients must be 12 years or older to be serviced at Pink Sugar Curl Studio.

Can I bring someone with me?

To maintain a calm and focused environment, no extra guests or children are allowed unless they are also being serviced.

How should I prep my hair before my appointment?

Please arrive with dry clean, detangled, product-free hair that is , unless otherwise noted in your service confirmation. This allows us to maximize time and deliver the best results.

Hair color services

Curl conscious Permanent Hair Color

bleach-free and designed with the health of your curls in mind. We specialize in permanent color only using warm tones like browns, reds, and coppers. Because we do not use bleach or lightener, this method is not ideal for clients seeking dramatic lightening, cool tones, or lifting previous dark color.

Pop of Color: Accent Hair Color

service includes bleach/lightener, which may affect the natural texture or integrity of your curls. While every precaution is taken to protect your hair, we are not responsible for any changes to curl pattern, dryness, or damage that may occur as a result of the lightening process.

By booking this service, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Bleach may compromise curl integrity

  • Results may vary depending on hair history, porosity, and condition

  • Proper at-home care is essential for maintaining results and hair health

  • No refunds will be issued once the service is performedA virtual consultation is required before booking any first-time color appointment to ensure this service is a good fit for your hair goals and current hair condition.

Will you take photos or videos during my service?

We may take photos or videos during or after your appointment to showcase our work. If you prefer not to be photographed, just let us know — we always respect your privacy.
